Adam Daley is the Co-Head of Magnetar Capital’s Energy and Infrastructure group and head of the firm’s Houston office. He is also a member of the firm’s Management and Investment committees.
Since joining Magnetar Capital at its inception in 2005, Adam’s responsibilities have included sourcing, execution, and management of various investments in the energy and energy infrastructure sectors. In this capacity, he has executed numerous equity and credit investments in the upstream, midstream, downstream, services and renewables sectors.
Previously, Adam was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank. During his tenure at Salomon/Citigroup, he was responsible for executing a variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public equity and debt offerings, private company financings, and corporate restructurings.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with high honors, from the University of Illinois.
